 Urschel Translicer 2500 - three dimensional cutter.  Produces flat or juliene dices from many types of large, leafy vegetables and fresh cut fruits without pre-cutting.  High speed production capabilities including iceberg lettuce, cabbage, celery, melons & peppers etc.  The machine is currently setup for high speed lettuce slicing.
